Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before you choose a system.
Sato works across Lead Management, Account Management, and AI Work Management. These are the questions buyers usually ask before the first consultation.
Talk to our team01What does Sato Systems actually do?
Sato Systems helps businesses understand, build, and support the systems behind leads, accounts, recurring work, and AI-enabled operations. We begin with the work people are trying to complete, then organize the tools, ownership, handoffs, automations, and review around it.
02Should we start with Learn, Build, or Support?
Start with Learn when the problem or scope is unclear, Build when the desired system is already understood, and Support when a working system needs ongoing management and improvement. Sato may recommend a combination after the consultation.
03Can Sato work with the tools we already use?
Usually, yes. Sato can connect and organize work across common CRM, project, communication, knowledge, reporting, and automation tools. The consultation is used to confirm what should stay, what should change, and where a connection is practical.
04Do we need AI to work with Sato?
No. AI is optional. Sato can improve a workflow without adding AI, or design reviewed AI capabilities around tools such as ChatGPT Work, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Workspace with Gemini when they create a clear operational benefit.
05Can Sato clean up systems we already have?
Yes. Many engagements begin with a system that technically exists but is difficult to trust. Sato can map the current setup, identify gaps and duplicate work, repair the workflow, and document a clearer operating model.
06What happens in the free consultation?
We identify opportunities, look at relevant live demonstrations, and discuss next steps such as onboarding and payment. It is a fit-and-clarity conversation, not a purchase or scheduled project.
07How does a Sato project begin?
After the consultation, Sato confirms the recommended path, scope, responsibilities, timing, and price. Work begins only after both sides approve a written agreement.
08How does Sato handle access and business information?
Sato asks for only the access needed for the agreed work, keeps client-owned accounts and infrastructure under the client's control, and documents responsibilities before implementation. Do not submit passwords, secret keys, protected health information, or highly sensitive client data through the public inquiry form.
