Should I start with an audit or setup?

Audit is for understanding what is actually happening. Setup is for organizing one clear workflow, tool stack, or process.

Does Ongoing Support include weekly meetings?

Yes. Support includes weekly meetings, strategy sessions, analytics review, small fixes, workflow improvements, and AI or tool updates inside the agreed scope.

Can this include ChatGPT or AI tools?

Yes. AI can be part of the setup, but Sato starts with the software and workflow underneath it so AI has reliable context.

Are software subscriptions or AI usage included?

Some outside software, AI usage, or automation costs may be separate depending on the tools involved. Sato explains the options before setup or support starts.
