Terms of Service

The plain-language rules for using the public Sato Systems website and requesting a consultation.

Last updated: July 28, 2026

01

Using this website

You may use this website to learn about Sato Systems, review public information, and request a consultation. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or use the site to harm another person or business.

02

A consultation request is not a purchase

Submitting the form requests a conversation. It does not purchase services, schedule project work, reserve capacity, create an agency relationship, or require either side to continue.

03

How paid work begins

Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timing, fees, payment terms, and project-specific risk are confirmed in a signed agreement. If these website terms and a signed agreement conflict about paid work, the signed agreement controls.

04

Website content and licenses

The Sato name, original site content, design, and code may be protected by intellectual-property law. Some images, icons, fonts, software, and third-party marks are used under license or belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or redistribute protected content beyond what the law permits without permission.

05

Third-party services and links

The website may link to or rely on third-party platforms. Sato does not control their availability, security, pricing, content, or policies. Review those providers before relying on them.

06

No guaranteed outcome

Website examples, descriptions, and past results are informational. Every business and system is different. Sato does not guarantee a specific revenue, savings, performance, search, automation, or AI outcome from using the website or requesting a consultation.

07

Website availability and liability

The public website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Sato is not responsible for indirect losses caused by relying on public website content, temporary unavailability, or third-party services. Project liability is addressed in the signed agreement.

08

Questions and updates

Questions about these terms can be sent to keith@satosystems.com. If these terms change, the last-updated date will change and the revised terms will apply from that date forward.
