No-surprise cost policy

Customers own the bills. Sato explains them first.

You own and pay for your software and AI accounts directly. Before anything is installed, Sato shows you the expected ongoing costs and what may change with usage.

Before installation, Sato shows you:

  • Expected monthly software costs
  • Variable AI or usage costs
  • Who owns and pays each account
  • The selected maintenance path

Self-managed handoff

The customer receives the system, documentation, ownership details, and cost summary, then manages it after the agreed handoff period.

Optional Sato support

Sato provides the agreed maintenance, training, reviews, issue triage, and relationship ownership. Scope and price are confirmed separately.

The optional Business System Design is $1,500.

Build and Support are quoted for your situation, and you see the price before any work starts. Your free consultation is $0 due today.

What is separate

Four cost types, shown clearly.

This is the part that keeps pricing honest. Sato labor and outside operating costs are not blended into one mysterious number.

01

Sato project work

The one-time fee for planning or building the defined system.

02

Sato ongoing support

The monthly labor for agreed maintenance, issue review, reporting, and improvement recommendations.

03

Software and AI usage

Subscriptions, automation runs, model tokens, storage, and other provider charges are separate and normally paid directly by you.

04

Client-owned infrastructure

If the work needs a dedicated computer, server, or cloud environment, that is scoped separately and stays under your ownership.

The clean default:

You own the software, AI accounts, data, and infrastructure. Sato receives the access needed to plan, build, repair, or support the agreed system.
